I am David Espinoza, a Platform Engineer, DevOps/SRE practitioner and builder of complete technical systems.

Executive summary

My work focuses on designing, deploying and operating critical infrastructure, SaaS platforms and containerized systems prepared for real production environments. I combine Linux administration, networking, hosting, virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes/K3s, databases, observability, automation and API integrations to build stable, resilient and maintainable solutions.

My experience has been shaped mainly through hands-on operations: technical support, troubleshooting, server administration, monitoring, hosting, migrations, failure diagnosis, legacy architecture modernization and building platforms under operational pressure.

I do not simply deploy tools. I aim to understand how they interact, how they fail under load, where single points of failure exist, and how to design platforms that continue operating even under degraded scenarios.

My current focus is Platform Engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, operational automation, observability, multi-tenant SaaS systems, enterprise conversational platforms and AI agents applied to technical operations.

Kore WhatsApp API / Messaging Gateway

Backend platform for managing multi-instance WhatsApp sessions, oriented to enterprise SaaS. It includes QR lifecycle, message sending and receiving, webhooks, persistence, operational diagnostics and Chatwoot integration.

Operational console to create, start, diagnose and test WhatsApp instances. It allows QR visualization, test messages, service status review and faster technical validation.
